Designed by Studio JCI and developed by Doornekamp Construction Ltd., the project reimagines the historic Gibbard Furniture Factory property, a site with roots dating back to 1835.
Once home to a company known for its exceptional craftsmanship and deep community ties, the development pays tribute to that legacy by preserving portions of the original façade and weaving elements of the factory’s story into its identity. The result is a modern, community-focused project that reflects the spirit of the past while looking ahead to Napanee’s future.
